Photographer Assaf Frank originally from Israel, now based in the UK spends his time travelling the world shooting images with a difference. He shoots with one of the best camera systems a Hasselblad H1 with a Phase One digital back of 22 mega pixels. His fresh innovative approach to photography makes his work very much in style.
Recently launched was the 'Get close up with food' range of high quality macro food shots make eye catching prints and canvasses for any modern living space or kitchen. Assaf shoots the food in his studio based in Ascot, Berkshire.
Assaf also licences images for greetings cards and papers, calendars and other products such as mugs and tableware.
"I am able to shoot extra images for clients to complete a set for a particular commercial project” Assaf says.
His work includes abstract close up flower shots and detailed insects all great images for the greetings market.
The incredible quality means clients can easily crop images to suit their requirements without losing any details or compromising the finished product. I am amazed every time I shoot at the results. You can see the cell construction of close up images of food or insects whilst the file sizes are still very manageable to store and work with.
